This uplifting blend of essential oils combine to promote good health in many ways. Whilst originally selected for their ability to soothe and calm fits of anger and jealousy, they also make an excellent massage oil to relieve muscular aches, pains and cramps as well as combating general stress and physical exhaustion.

Being water-dispersible, it makes an ideal bath oil for the days when you just want to soak away the build-up of tension. Or used as a massage oil it is light textured; allowing skin to breathe, easily washes off in the shower and is suitable to use on even the most sensitive skin.

May Chang is useful for the relief of muscular aches and pains. It helps alleviate nervous tension, stress and mild anxiety and may be used during times of physical exhaustion. Its fresh zesty scent enlivens the senses, making it revitalising and motivating. Seems to be particularly useful in ‘low energy' states.

Lavender Oil is known to cleanse and soothe the spirit, relieving anger and exhaustion, resulting in a calmer approach to life. Helpful in cases of manic depression and for those who suffer from mood swings and feelings of instability.

Lavender’s pain-relieving qualities deal effectively with muscle spasm and in this regard may be good for sprains, strains and sharp rheumatic pains. Blending with marjoram enhances this effect.

Marjoram Oil was a very popular and common medicinal herb amongst the Ancient Greeks. They used it to treat spasm and excess fluid in the tissues and thought it a valuable antidote against poison.

It has a calming effect on the nervous system, strengthening the mind and helping to confront issues. May give a feeling of comfort in cases of grief and loneliness, since it has a warming effect on the emotions. This warming effect also makes it a useful oil in massage to relieve tired, tight, aching muscles and joints, especially after heavy physical exertion. Massaging over the lower abdomen will also help ease menstrual cramps.
